A test day with UAT Studio

  1. 08:30 Kick-off Testers open their link, sign in with a code and see their own scripts.
  2. 10:15 First fail A tester logs an issue with a screenshot. The test manager sees it at once.
  3. 13:00 Fix and retest The developer marks it ready for retest; the tester checks the step again.
  4. 16:00 Go / no-go Steering meeting with the dashboard on screen. The decision is based on facts.

Questions we hear often

Do testers need an account or a licence?

No. You add their email address; they sign in with a code we email them. Testers are unlimited in every paid plan.

We keep our test cases in Jira or Azure DevOps. Do we have to retype them?

No. Export them as Excel or CSV and import them; UAT Studio recognises the columns of Xray, Zephyr Scale, Azure DevOps Test Plans and TestRail. Issues can link back to your own tickets.

What happens after the 30-day pilot?

Your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is charged automatically.

Can we run it under our own name for our customers?

Your own logo and colours for implementation partners are on the roadmap. Ask about the Partner plan.
