Privacy on uat.studio

What this website and our pilot and template forms collect, why, and what you can ask of us. In short: no cookies, no tracking across sites, and only the details you type in yourself.

Who we are

UAT Studio is a product of Salvion (KvK 42076990). Salvion is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Questions or requests: [email protected].

This page is about the website and the forms. For the data in a UAT Studio workspace (testers, results, issues) your organisation is responsible, and Salvion processes it on its behalf under a data processing agreement.

Visiting the website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, from which website a visitor came, the country and the type of device. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you to other websites.

We also count clicks on our main buttons, such as Start pilot and Download the template: only which button, on which page, in which language and for which plan. No IP address, no cookie, nothing that says who you are.

Because we use no cookies, there is no cookie banner. The fonts are on our own server, so no font service sees your visit.

Starting a pilot or downloading the template

When you ask for a pilot or download the template, we keep what you fill in:

WhatWhy
Name, company, work emailTo set up your pilot or send the template, and to contact you about it.
Phone, CRM platform, number of testers, test date, messageOnly if you fill them in: to prepare the pilot and the conversation.
IP address and browser typeTo stop abuse of the forms (spam, fake requests).
Agreement to marketing emailOnly if you tick it when you download the template: occasional news about UAT Studio. You can stop it at any time.

The pilot form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is filling it in, without a puzzle and without cookies for advertising.

We use these details only for the reasons above. We do not sell them and do not share them with others.

The browser extension

The UAT Studio extension for Chrome and Edge shows a tester's test cases next to Salesforce or Dynamics 365. It reads nothing from the CRM by itself. Only when a tester saves a failed step does it send what the tester chose to UAT Studio: a screenshot of the page, the link to the record, the browser and the error messages of the page the tester ticked. That data belongs to the workspace, like any other test result, and is processed under the data processing agreement of your organisation.

On Salesforce and Dynamics 365 pages the extension keeps the last error messages of the page in the page itself; they leave the page only when the tester ticks them. The extension stores its sign-in and the last project in the browser. It uses no analytics and shares nothing with others.

How long we keep it

We keep a request as long as we are in contact about it, or for as long as you are a customer. Ask us and we delete it sooner. The visit and click counts contain no personal data.

Your rights

You may ask us which details we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete them, or to stop using them for marketing. Mail [email protected]; we answer within a month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
